The CILEX-ACCA Probate Entity Directory (the Firm directory) contains details of firms* operated by ACCA members authorised by CILEx Regulation to carry out probate work in England and Wales.

A firm is regulated by us for all legal services it provides.

*Firms authorised by CILEx Regulation are known as "CILEX-ACCA Probate Entities".

• details of the consumer protection the firm provides.
• information about individuals’ and firms' disciplinary findings if these are publishable under our Publication Policy.
